This panel fills in as the drawing is read: components are detected, a material & finish takeoff is built with confidence scores, low-confidence items route to a human, and long-lead materials are pushed to purchasing.
What this means on your data
▸
- This runs on representative casework, not your files yet. The numbers here are illustrative. The 10-cabinet pilot run is what turns "feasible" into "proven on your jobs."
- Generic takeoff is solved; your finishes are the work. Reading geometry and counts is mature (~85–90% accuracy on structured drawings). Tying a finish to your orderable item is where your data trains the model.
- Custom Microvellum library mapping needs samples + access. To map a 2D drawing to your bespoke library components, we need input/output sample pairs and API/SQL access to your libraries. Accuracy climbs as it sees more of your jobs.
- A human stays in the loop by design. Low-confidence items always surface for review. The goal is to remove the repetitive 80%, not to take engineers out of the decisions that matter.
